By purchasing through Period Science, you accept the following shipping terms for delivery within Australia.

1. Shipment Tracking

Orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner, NPFulfilment, with full tracking and signature on delivery required.
Once dispatched, an email containing your tracking link will be sent so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

2. Order Processing Times

Processing time varies based on when your purchase is made:

While rare, occasional delays may occur due to external or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery windows depend on your location and selected shipping option:

a. Standard Shipping

  • Approximate delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Major cities (Sydney, Melbourne): 2–3 business days

  • Regional or remote areas (NT, WA): Up to 9 business days

b. Express Shipping

  • Approximate delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Metro areas: 1–2 business days

  • Remote regions: Up to 7 business days

Once your parcel is collected by the courier, delivery speed and final arrival time are determined by the shipping provider.

4. Missing or Delayed Parcels

If tracking shows delays, failed delivery attempts, or “Return to Sender” status—please contact us through:

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The name on the order

We reply within 48 business hours. Weekend messages will be answered on the following business day.
🚫 Sending duplicate messages may push your query to the back of the queue.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout:

Steps to Correct It

  1. Immediately after purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to review your order.

  2. You may update your address within 60 minutes via that link.

  3. If no email is received, check spam/junk folders.

Still need help? Email support@periodscience.com.au right away. We will attempt to make adjustments, but cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

📌 Our 3PL partner charges a $9.00 handling fee for any manual address correction. This fee must be paid before the change can be implemented.
