1. Return & Refund Principles

- At Period Science, every batch of Menstrua Botanica undergoes strict quality control. Once products have been dispatched from our warehouse partners, they cannot be returned, as rehandling may compromise safety or hygiene.

This ensures that all customers receive products that are fresh and uncompromised.

⚠ Opened or used products cannot be returned, unless faulty or shown to be below acceptable quality standards.

2. Shipping, Delivery & Loss During Transit

We utilise external postal and courier services (e.g., Australia Post, UPS, FedEx). As such, Period Science is not liable for any loss, damage, or failed delivery caused by these third-party carriers.

If your order is significantly delayed, damaged on arrival, or does not reach its destination, we may—at our discretion—offer a refund. 

Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

3. When Refunds or Returns Are Not Possible

Returns and refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

a. Unjustifiable Concerns

• Such as taste preference varies between individuals and cannot qualify as a valid reason for a refund.

b. Allergic Reactions

c. Wrong Product or Incorrect Quantity Ordered

• Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or returned.

• If you make a mistake, email support@periodscience.com within 48 hours. We will try to assist before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed.

d. Financial Circumstances

• Refunds cannot be issued based on financial stress or affordability reasons.

• Please avoid subscriptions or bulk orders if unsure of ongoing affordability.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Applies only to 1 Bottle. Multipacks or multi-month bundles do not qualify beyond the first Bottle.

3. We do not guarantee that Menstrua Botanica or any other product will deliver identical results for all users. Lifestyle, diet, proper adherence, and personal health factors may influence outcomes.

4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Make a Claim

Send an email to support@periodscience.com within 14 days of purchase, including:

• Proof of purchase

• Details of how and when the product was taken

Approved claims will be refunded to the original payment method.
